- Your time slot STARTS at the time you booked and ENDS at the time slot end time. You must be completely cleaned up, all furniture back in its place and ready to exit right at your end time.

We do have multiple cameras located in the lobby space and will know who goes over their time. If you go past your allotted time frame, you will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file per five minutes of over time.

Be respectful of the next renters time.

Should your rental start and the previous renter is still in the room, please knock and remind them that it is your scheduled time. Should they not respond or disregard you, please text the studio phone number about this.

- No open flames, body glitter, confetti or smoke bombs. No marijuana usage in the space whatsoever. If these items are used, you will be charged a $100 fee.

- Should any item/piece of furniture in the room get damaged during your rental, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of said item.

- No pets allowed in the studio space at any time. Should we discover you have brought a pet into the space, you will be charged a $100 pet fee.

- No steamer or iron usage in the studio.

- Should the room be left a mess, and it is not back to its original state, you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.

- Items are not to be dragged across the floor in any of the rooms. Please use a team lift to move permitted movable items.

Items that SHOULD NEVER BE MOVED: The bed in the collective space (if this gets moved and flowers are damaged, you will be charged a $100 fee).

NEVER move the fireplace mantle in the Neutral Space. The standing mirror in the neutral space is mounted to the wall, and should never be attempted to be moved.

DO NOT EVER move the crib in the Lullaby Studio.

During the holidays, do not remove any holiday decor without previous permission.

- Always be sure the front door clicks locked behind you when entering the space. This is for the safety of you and your clients.

- If you enter a space and it is left messy, something is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately at the studio phone number.

- Should the standing mirror break in the Neutral Space during your time, you will be charged a $400 fee.

The lobby is a public area. Do not DISPLAY client lingerie anywhere in the lobby, allow your client to walk around undressed in the lobby or undress in the bathroom and walk out.

Workshops or group events must be approved beforehand.

All bookings are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Stone Studios reserves the right to cancel a booking at any given time, at their discretion. In the rare event this happens, you will be given a full refund.

We are not responsible for any stolen items from your cars, please be sure to lock your vehicle and remove any valuable items from your car.

We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses that occur during your time at Stone Studios. Please ensure you have business insurance for yourself to protect you and your clients.

Do not remove any items from the studio. In the event this occurs, and you do not make us aware, you will be charged a $100 theft fee.

HAIR AND MAKEUP BAR AGREEMENT:

Please clean up the hair and makeup area after your allotted time slot.

Do not drag the bar stools across the floor.

The lobby space is not a free for all. You may only have excess items located within the room you booked or directly outside the door of your booked room.

The lobby space belongs to Stone Studios and is not for you or your clients to set up events, tables, etc. If you hold an event without permission, you will be asked to leave immediately, and charged $250.

ALCOHOL IS ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED.
